With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and business law, Thomas is a recognized expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, particularly within the Smid and Mid Cap segments. A versatile M&A developer, he has advised on more than 100 primary transactions for companies, as well as deals on behalf of investment funds and industrial groups, both in France and internationally.
An entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded CLEARWATER France in 2010, where he served as Managing Director. He also played a key role in the international expansion of the brand, ultimately becoming Co-Chairman of the Group.
Thomas GAUCHER is a graduate of NEOMA BUSINESS SCHOOL and holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business Law and Taxation.
