Nicolas MANCEAU has over 15 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions advisory and has successfully completed more than 50 transactions on behalf of family groups, owner-managers, and investment funds.
He began his career as an analyst at the investment fund BPIFRANCE INVESTISSEMENT (formerly AVENIR ENTREPRISES). Nicolas then joined DDA & COMPANY, an M&A advisory firm specializing in Smid-cap transactions, before moving to KPMG CORPORATE FINANCE in 2012, initially in Paris and later in Nantes from 2017. Promoted to Partner in 2019, he was responsible for developing the firm's activities with SMEs, mid-cap companies, large groups, and investment funds across Western France.
Nicolas MANCEAU holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lyon and a Magistère in Management from IAE Rennes.
