Jean-Vincent has nearly 15 years of M&A advisory experience and has conducted over 30 mid and large-cap transactions, mainly on behalf of family businesses, shareholder managers, large groups and private equity funds. Jean-Vincent has been involved in the industrial, distribution and business services sectors as well as in distressed situations.
Jean-Vincent started his career by creating a plastic injection and assembly plant in Shenzen, China before joining the General Inspection and then the M&A teams of BNP PARIBAS.
Jean-Vincent BERTHELOT is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines, Université Paris Dauphine and Université Polytechnique de Madrid.
