Guillaume DARY has over 20 years of M&A consultancy experience and has conducted close to 50 transactions on behalf of industrial groups and investment funds, including fundraising, acquisitions and disposals
Guillaume began his career at CREDIT AGRICOLE INDOSUEZ in Hong Kong in 2000, before joining L’LIONE & ASSOCIES from 2003 to 2007. He then moved on to PWC CORPORATE FINANCE, where he opened the Nantes office in 2011. In 2016, he joined ADVISO PARTNERS as Managing Partner before being appointed Partner in 2017, in charge of the western France region (Brittany and Pays de Loire)
With a keen interest in permaculture and the challenges arising from human fragility in our societies, Guillaume is involved in a personal capacity in organisations working to promote social cohesion. Convinced that entrepreneurial success can be fully compatible with social and environmental responsibility, he took charge of the M&A Impact activity in 2019
