Fabien has nearly 25 years of M&A experience, during which he has advised on more than 100 transactions, with recognized expertise in the TMT sector.
Fabien began his career in 2001 at Rothschild & Co, where he spent more than 20 years at Transaction R&Co, the Group’s mid-cap advisory boutique. He notably contributed to its international expansion, including the opening of the Benelux office in Brussels in 2013.
Fabien has advised on transactions of all sizes, particularly in the software and IT services, sports and leisure sectors.
