Alexis has nearly 15 years of M&A experience, during which he has completed approximately 40 transactions on behalf of entrepreneurs, large corporates and investment funds, both in France and internationally.
Alexis began his career in 2012 in M&A at BNP Paribas, first in London and subsequently in Paris. In 2023, he joined Alantra’s Paris team as a Director.
Throughout his career, Alexis has advised on transactions of various sizes across a broad range of sectors, including Energy, Infrastructure, Consumer Goods, Retail and Healthcare.
Alexis is a graduate of ESCP Business School and ESCE.
