MTR BATIMENT, created in 1989 and based in Chevry-Cossigny (Seine-et-Marne), is a leading player in the construction of multi-unit housing in the Île-de-France region.
The company operates as a General Contractor and serves as the main point of contact for the operational management of various stages of the construction process, primarily focusing on the structural work (building framework) and, to a lesser extent, the major components of the project (including the weatherproofing and exterior finishes). Each year, MTR BATIMENT completes approximately 10 projects ranging from 100 to 300 housing units.
