INFOLOGIC-SANTE has developed distinctive know-how in the field of pathological anatomy and cytology as well as genetics, and offers tailor made software solutions responding to the hyperspecialisation of analyses.
INFOLOGIC-SANTE occupies a leading position in France in the pathological analysis laboratory market, as it equips more than 75% of public hospitals and half of private laboratories.
Based in Valence, INFOLOGIC-SANTE employs around sixty employees and has revenue of more than €5 million.
The transaction was carried out by MEDASYS, a major publisher of software solutions for public and private healthcare establishments in the fields of patient records, healthcare production, biology and medical imaging. Since July 2016, MEDASYS has been part of the Italian DALUS group, one of the European leaders in healthcare software solutions. The DEDALUS group is majority owned by ARDIAN Private Equity.
This acquisition complements DEDALUS group's activities and enables INFOLOGIC-SANTE to speed up its international development by relying on MEDASYS and DEDALUS's international network.
ADVISO ENTREPRENEURS has advised INFOLOGIC-SANTE's shareholder in the sale of 100% of its shares to the MEDASYS group, a subsidiary of the DEDALUS group.
