ADVISO PARTNERS advises the executive shareholders of SARDELLI on the sale of the Group to GRB

Accompanied by BTP Capital Investissement since 2015, the GRB group has doubled in size with the acquisition of the SARDELLI Group, an independent specialist in construction for public buildings.

Founded in 1979, the SARDELLI Group is an independent construction specialist made up of three autonomous entities located in Ile-de-France (94). Through Ets. SARDELLI, a general construction company specialising in large-scale construction for public buildings (ERP)- hypermarkets, large retail stores,. the group mainly works on renovation, restructuring, development and extension and provides high-end services in the construction of individual houses. Furthermore, the Group owns TRIOMAT, a shop specialising in the trading of construction materials and has its own design department.

Positioned in a niche market (work carried out in catchment areas open to the public), the Group generated more than €15 million in revenue in 2016, with a workforce of 40 people spread over the three departments.

Specialised in the development and renovation of facilities (office buildings and housing) in Ile-de- France, GRB is a general construction company created in 2000. Backed by BTP Capital Investissement since 2015, the company recorded revenue of around €15 million with around twenty employees and has completed its first external growth transaction with the acquisition of the SARDELLI Group. This acquisition intends to generate €50 million in revenue in 2020.

Thanks to this acquisition, GRB is expanding its development and renovation offering in public buildings and consolidating its footprint in Ile-de-France. At the end of 2017, the new group thus formed will exceed €30 million in revenue.

This transaction has also attracted the interest of Croissance Nord Pas de Calais, Sigma Groupe and Rives Croissance, which took advantage of this acquisition to acquire a stake in the group and support its development project.
