ADVISO PARTNERS advises the IPELEC GROUP on the reorganisation of its capital with the NAXICAP PARTNERS investment Fund taking a stake
12/2015

In preparation for the retirement of one of the founding executives, the IPELEC group has reorganised its financing round with the NAXICAP PARTNERS investment fund and three executives taking a stake in the group. The three executives, Jean-Louis Robert, Michel Français and Joël Dubosc, retain a minority stake.

Founded in 2003 in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray (76), the IPELEC group specializes in the prefabrication of electrical kits and bespoke water-cable kits used to build individual houses. The design of the kits enables the group to offer individual home builders a tailor-made comprehensive solution, enabling them to achieve 30% savings compared to a traditional installation. A kit includes the entire electrical, heating or sanitary installation for an individual house or small collective housing. The kits are all designed to meet the growing needs for optimizing construction costs, complying with energy and technical standards (RT2012) while maintaining constant control of construction deadlines.

IPELEC has two production sites in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray (76) and Limoges (87) through its subsidiary EBP SN. The group currently employs 120 people and virtually covers the entire country.

With consolidated revenue of €27 million in 2015, up nearly 15%, IPELEC is the leading player in France in a market estimated at €200 million. They equipped more than 6,000 individual houses in 2015.

The fact that NAXICAP PARTNERS has become a shareholder will allow the group to reach a new stage of its development given the recovery of the market for the construction of individual houses. The managers expect a doubling of activity in the next five years thanks to a policy of sustained internal growth, accompanied by possible external growth transactions.
