Advised by ADVISO PARTNERS, this transaction involved the complete sale of the company's shares from the ECHELLE INTERNATIONALE Group to the NORD ACCESS group, which is supported by EVOLEM and has been a key player in the height work sector for 15 years. In a context of consolidation, this deal will enable the Nord Access Group to (i) expand its geographical reach and (ii) enhance its range of expertise.
