ADVISO PARTNERS is advising the shareholder-managers of QUALIMETRIE on their acquisition of TRYOM

Advised by ADVISO PARTNERS, QUALIMETRIE has acquired TRYOM, giving the company's shareholder- managers the opportunity to invest in the capital. This move also reflects the group's ambition to continue its strong growth through external expansion strategies.

TRYOM is a marketing research firm established in 2002 and located in Lanester, Brittany. The company specializes in both quantitative and qualitative studies, serving over 100 clients each year, primarily in the mobility and tourism sectors, as well as public institutions. By 2025, TRYOM's revenue is projected to reach around €3 million.

With a team of over 30 experienced professionals, TRYOM offers a variety of research solutions, including phone surveys, mystery shopping, and face-to-face interviews. The company stands out for its in-depth expertise in the fields of mobility and urban habits.

QUALIMETRIE is an independent leader specializing in measuring and managing customer experience, with a focus on two main areas: Mystery Shopping and Surveys & Studies. The company operates in France and Spain, providing services and solutions to large businesses (both B2B and B2C) in France and internationally. QUALIMETRIE's business model is built on exceptional customer loyalty, evidenced by long-term contracts and a strong recurring revenue stream. Additionally, the company has been steadily expanding its international presence, recently securing several major global contracts with clients like RENAULT, RITUALS, and ELIS. QUALIMETRIE's revenue is projected to reach around €16 million by 2025.

The group's growth is also supported by the launch of an internally developed SaaS platform called CX FIRST, which consolidates all customer data. This unique solution allows the group to establish itself as a one-stop shop for managing customer experience and to integrate into the French Tech ecosystem.

In 2017, Emeric BAYART took over the group with the support of RE-SOURCES CAPITAL. By 2022, the group welcomed RIVES CROISSANCE (and later BP NORD DEVELOPPEMENT) along with David BUTRUILLE (General Director), Antoine VILAIN (Sales Director), and other team members as shareholders. This initial external growth initiative allows the group to continue its strong expansion through a well-defined and ambitious development plan. The plan focuses on accelerating the rollout of CX FIRST, enhancing the group's international presence, and targeting specific sectors, particularly through further external growth opportunities.

This operation allows QUALIMETRIE to strengthen its position in the sectors targeted by TRYOM. Additionally, many synergies can be quickly implemented, particularly through the sharing of CX FIRST services with TRYOM's clients.
