With around 280 employees spread across five offices in France, the group supports over 350 active clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises, mid-sized companies, and major accounts.

Following a competitive process organized by ADVISO PARTNERS, SIPAREX (lead) and BPIFRANCE have become the majority shareholders of the company. Frédéric Carpent, the long-time leader and founder, is reinvesting alongside the new financial partners, demonstrating his confidence in this new direction.
This operation also marks a crucial step in the management structure of NOOUS, as it involves the entry of eight key managers, seven of whom are women, who will lead the next stages of the group's development.
This new governance aims to speed up NOOUS's expansion across the country, enhance its service offerings, and establish its position as a leading player in HR transformation consulting. We are also exploring external growth opportunities that will strengthen our existing activities and open up new business lines.
