Led by ADVISO PARTNERS, this transaction involved the complete sale of ALLIER DESAMIANTAGE DEPOLLUTION (A2D) to 3DNEXT, a subsidiary of the BAELEN group. This move will enable A2D to accelerate its growth while ensuring management continuity through the increased equity stake of the leadership team.
A2D, a spin-off of the CMB group (which has around €30 million in revenue and specializes in metal construction), is led by Lilian Mahy. The company has established itself as a key player in asbestos removal and environmental cleanup in the Auvergne region. With a well-recognized technical expertise and the ability to manage complex rehabilitation and deconstruction projects, A2D has experienced significant growth by tapping into a high-potential market.
While maintaining its operational independence, A2D is joining and strengthening 3DNEXT, the Group BAELEN's Pollution and Asbestos Removal Division. With this partnership, A2D aims to triple its revenue by 2030.
