Founded in 2002 in Montpellier by Pierre DENISET, KALIOP is reaching a new milestone in its development. The management team, led by Xavier BUREAU, is increasing its stake in the company with the support of GALIA GESTION and BPIFRANCE. BNP PARIBAS DEVELOPPEMENT and SOFILARO, who entered the capital in 2016, are stepping aside, while Pierre DENISET, Gilles GUIRAND, and Christophe CARNIEL, historic shareholders, are reinvesting.
KALIOP Group is an IT services company supporting businesses in their digital transformation.
With a workforce of 150 people and operations in Montpellier, Paris, and Poland, the Montpellier-based company stands out for its ability to translate and enrich digital strategies into actionable plans. KALIOP leverages a complete mastery of the value chain: consulting, customer experience, data exploitation, and modern technological platforms combined with agile engineering methods of digital culture.
The executive team is structured around Xavier Bureau, who joined KALIOP as CEO in early 2020 from PUBLICIS SAPIENT. With this transaction, Xavier BUREAU now becomes President of the group. He is supported by Gilles GUIRAND, Technical Director and co-founder of the company, Alexis TRANCART, Consulting Director, and Fabien REDONDO, Chief Financial Officer.
Over the past 3 years, the management team has initiated a growth plan aiming to achieve a turnover of €15 million by 2024. The company's strong positioning has attracted a clientele of national and international key accounts such as ACCOR, BIOGARAN, CONSTELLIUM, FRENCH RED CROSS, ESSILOR, as well as iconic SMEs like UNION-MATERIAUX, CROMOLOGY, YELLOH! VILLAGE, and public organizations like ADEME or PUBLIC HEALTH FRANCE.
To support its growth plan, KALIOP has chosen investment funds GALIA GESTION and BPIFRANCE INVESTISSEMENT. Under the leadership of Xavier BUREAU and his management team, the project aims to (i) strengthen KALIOP's strategic position with key accounts, (ii) develop and structure consulting activities, and (iii) undertake external growth operations in France and internationally, particularly in key areas such as cloud computing, data, and cybersecurity.
