Romain MASSIAH has more than 15 years of experience in mid-market M&A advisory services and has closed over 50 transactions on behalf of executive shareholders, private equity funds and corporates.

He started his career in 2004 at LAZARD in Paris before joining DC ADVISORY (former CLOSE BROTHERS) in 2005. He then participated in the creation and development of CLEARWATER INTERNATIONAL (former EASTON CORPORATE FINANCE) from 2011 to 2015. He joined ADVISO PARTNERS in 2016 as Managing Director and was made Managing Partner in 2017, in charge of the South-Western region.

Romain MASSIAH is a graduate of EM Lyon (specialised master's degree in financial engineering) and Bordeaux IV (master's degree in economics and international finance).
