Guillaume Dary has nearly 20 years of experience in M&A advisory services and has conducted almost 50 transactions on behalf of industrial groups and investment funds, both for fundraising rounds and acquisitions or sales. More specifically, he is in charge of the Agri-Food, Medical Device and Human Capital sectors.

He started his career at CRÉDIT AGRICOLE INDOSUEZ in Hong Kong in 2000 before joining L'LIONE & ASSOCIES from 2003 to 2007. He then joined PwC CORPORATE FINANCE and opened the Nantes office in 2011. In 2016, he joined ADVISO PARTNERS as Managing Director covering the northwest region.

Guillaume Dary is a graduate of EDHEC with a major in finance.
